This is definitely the most sexy/suggestive song Idol has used for booting. I wonder how they'll edit in to the exit packages...


Cook's highly anticipated sophomore record will be released by 19 Recordings/RCA Records later this year. =O

Crystal's music is best described as pop/rock music with country influences. I'll just say that if you enjoy the music of Melissa Etheridge or the influence of Janis Joplin, you might consider giving this album a listen.

AMERICAN IDOL 2010: LEE DEWYZE

The dark horse Lee DeWyze was crowned American Idol beating frontrunner soul singer Crystal Bowersox in one of the most stunning upsets in the show’s nine season history.

The 24-year-old guitarist won the coveted title and a recording contract after millions of Americans cast their votes for the bluesy guitarist.

A choked-up DeWyze accepted Ryan Seacrest's congratulations after the announcement and proceeded to sing his cover of "Beautiful Day," which will soon hit radio stations all over the world.

IDOL LEE DEWYZE

Im not really a fan of LEE DEWYZE but i had to admit that his performance in this year's American Idol is improving week after week. I think Casey James should do something (pick the right song and be 'emotional') coz it appears that his superior musicianship, great vocals and style aren't helping him.
But in fairness to Lee, he has a voice with the smokiness of Bryan Adams, the physical movement of Bruce Springsteen and the force of a controlled energy ready to bust out!...So its also hard to ignore this dude!

JEALOUS GUY by Casey James

Among the remaining male finalists in this season's American Idol, i'll go for Casey James. His tender, emotionally raw performance of a John Lennon solo hit was just an outstanding performance. This is a great example of what a great cover rendition should be like!

Crystal Bowersox: My American Idol 2010

American Idol Season 9 finalist CRYSTAL BOWERSOX rocked the house once again with her amazing performance of Janis Joplin's Me and Bobby Mcgee. She has already won in so many ways!...But i think it would be better if she DIDN'T win, so she can get on with her career, (i.e. DAUGHTRY!). It's just pathetic to sit and listen to her being critiqued by Karen Dioguardi, who is obviously jealous of this gal's talent (I mean, look at the silly song she came up with for last year's winner!!)

Anyway....enough said - I will ALWAYS follow Crystal's career into the future!!!

American Idol Season 8 winner KRIS ALLEN is set to released his debut album on November 17! The highly anticipated first single from the upcoming album is entitled LIVE LIKE WERE DYING (originally recorded by The Script) which you can stream the song below:




Its a bright, positive single not far from what to expect from Kris, based on his American Idol performances- a crunchy, acoustic coffee-house rock vibe ala John Mayer or Jason Mraz. It was pretty clear that this was the type of music Allen wanted to make: fun, upbeat and catchy!

I'm very excited about this. She's one of my favorite during her time sa AI and glad that her career is moving along. I'm really looking forward for the released of their album this year.
