GIRLYMAN FAN

I had never heard Girlyman before until i discover them in MySpace. Their gentle melodies and great harmony is so addicting that I immediately become an instant fan of this folk rock trio.

Every time I listen to their songs it feels like I'm receiving a great big wonderfully fulfilling musical experience! It is impossible to hear these guys without totally falling in love with all three of them!!!

ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT original song by one of my fave female act Cyndi Lauper. This version is so touching and exceptional!

Cover Picks

For days, I always trying to figure out the best way to add an audio file to my blog. I landed on some blogs with MP3 players within their post and wonder how they do it.

But thanks to Divshare, inserting an MP3 songs in my blog posts is more easier and accessible which is very important on my part since I run a blog about music. The song can now be played with an MP3 player without leaving the window. It also streams faster and better so i think that's just so cool.

Japanese diva Utada Hikaru did an amazing job with this U2 classic. Im sure hindi siya mapapahiya pag napanood or narinig ito ni Bono.

Didn't mind the original. This cover is better. Kudos to Travis to take a truly awful pop song and made it to a credible acoustic song.

I love this band. Isa sila sa pinakamagaling na banda pag live performance na ang pinag-uusapan. Perhaps this is one of the best performance by CAKE.

This one is the most covered song by Leonard Cohen. But Ari Hest version is my favorite. I would not mind if I heard this song before I went to bed for the rest of my life. Its just so amazing!

1. Fiona Apple- I Want You (Elvis Costello orig.)

A bloody interpretation of Elvis Costello song. I'm really having a goosebumps everytime na naririnig ko ang kantang to. Sa video niya- inggit na inggit ako na sana andun ako sa audience while Fiona's nailing this song!!!.

I absolutely adore her!...She's so intense and passionate. She really loses herself in the song.
